Installation view of a double-sided light box featuring the image of Ganesh Lagerfeld, a character from the Clash of the Titans series. It is a free standing piece that hangs from the ceiling, and is viewed from a slightly lower position on the floor. This makes the character seem imposing. The light box is also meant to resemble an advert or billboard, akin to ones on the side of bus stops; encasing the seemingly ancient archetypal image of Ganesha in a modern context.
